These terms govern access to and use of RiskShield.
1) Lawful use only
You must use RiskShield only for lawful, authorized defensive security, fraud reporting, and risk analysis. You must not use the platform to conduct unauthorized intrusion, abuse, harassment, evasion, or illegal activity.
2) User responsibility
You are responsible for all actions performed under your account, API keys, and sessions. Keep credentials secure, enable strong passwords, and report suspicious access immediately.
3) Verification and testing consent
Security testing requires verified ownership and explicit consent. You represent that you have legal authority to test any target you submit. Testing is manual and policy-gated; prohibited or unsafe requests may be blocked.
4) Data and reports
Submitted reports must be truthful to the best of your knowledge. False, malicious, or defamatory submissions may be removed and may result in suspension. RiskShield may retain audit logs for abuse prevention, compliance, and incident response.
5) Billing and subscriptions
Certain features may be usage-limited or subscription-based. Plan limits, pricing, and included quotas are defined in your account billing view and may change with notice.
6) Enforcement and suspension
RiskShield may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, abuse, fraud, or legal risk. We may cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law-enforcement where required by applicable law.
7) Liability and disclaimers
RiskShield is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute detection accuracy. You remain responsible for your own legal compliance, business decisions, and security controls.
8) Contact
For legal, compliance, or support questions, use the Contact Us channel in the platform.
9) Intellectual property
All RiskShield software, system architecture, platform design, brand assets, and logos remain the intellectual property of RiskShield. Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written authorization.
10) Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws under which RiskShield operates. Any disputes related to the platform shall be resolved according to the applicable legal framework.
11) Responsible security disclosure
RiskShield encourages responsible reporting of security vulnerabilities affecting the platform. Security researchers should report findings through the official contact or security disclosure channel and must not exploit vulnerabilities beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
